1.擠出機溫度
吹塑密度低的聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜時,擠壓溫度一般控制在160℃~170℃中間,且務必確保擠出機溫度均勻。擠出溫度太高,則樹脂非常容易分解,且薄膜會變脆,特別是在使豎向拉伸強度明顯降低;
溫度太低,則樹脂塑化不佳,不可以圓滑地開展澎漲拉伸,薄膜的拉伸強度也較低,且表層的光澤度性和清晰度差,乃至出現像木料樹輪一樣的紋路及其未熔融的晶核(魚眼)。
2.吹脹比
吹脹比為吹塑加工薄膜工藝流程的控制關鍵點之一,就是指吹脹后膜泡的直徑與未吹脹的管環直徑之間的比值。吹脹比為薄膜的橫向膨脹倍率,事實上是對薄膜開展橫著拉申,拉申會對塑膠分子結構造成一定水平的趨向功效,吹脹比擴大,進而使薄膜的橫向抗壓強度提升。可是,吹脹比也不可以很大,不然非常容易導致膜泡不穩定,且薄膜非常容易出現皺褶。因而,吹脹比理應同牽引比相互配合適度才行,一般來說,密度低的聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜的吹脹比應控制在2.5~3.0為宜。
